Track Listing:
Her voice still calls to me
Like a distant dream
Buried ‘neath a
Thin veneer I scream
The decadence of “Love”
Took Her away
Her innocence was
Taken to the grave
Rid me of the fire
Burning deep within my soul
You scarred me with these wounds
And let your web of lies unfold
Give me back my passion
Your cold-blooded sacrifice
You raped Her of Her faith in life
And left Her strung to hang that night
Her jewelled eyes
Still glisten in the gloom
Moistened from Her
Begging mercy of you
When the pieces fell
Like shards of dripstone stalagmite
And your poisoned flock
Put to death my only light…
I renounce the love of Light
And the lies proclaimed
Your crusade is unjust
And “Love” is hate’s masquerade
I beg you, find me guilty
Of these occult “crimes”
And slay me in cold-blood
To be by Her side

Your Web Trivia:
"Your Web" came out nearly a year before the rest of the album. This single is actually different to the album version due to the final album being mastered at a later date.
This single is the first Vampyrouss release to feature distorted electric guitars (played here by new member Pat). Despite the band having guitarists at various points in the past they had never made it onto any of the previous demos or other releases.
Aside from the footage of the band the video for "Your Web" also contains overlayed clips of 1920's Swedish-Danish silent film Häxan.
