Remembering how she let the flame expire

Watching the line drawn deep beneath the mire

The flames grow higher illuminating her lies

But for one last time her true beauty shines

Under the shadow of her wicker tomb

Once the back is turned the deed is done

As ceremonial pyres light beneath the setting sun

Emotionless she stands with only Karma by her side

The waning sun barters with the night
