And lead the way through misty veils

The longing and the throbbing pulse
Revives this sunken heart
And bleeds the red and impassioned blood

Proving even pure passion pales
When greeted with the graceful gait
Of Gorgeous, Love untamed
Heaving from Her Heaven’s scent

Reflections Of The Past Trivia:
"Reflections Of The Past" is one of a few tracks in Vampyrouss history with a song structure written as a collective by the band.
On the other hand "Bastet Of The East" was written by Azrael alone as with most Vampyrouss tracks of the era, however it is one of few tracks he wrote in isolation without input although extra things were added along the way.
Azrael also performed the additional "African Percussion" on "Bastet Of The East".
Both tracks from the single would feature on the compilation release "Chapter One" alongside other singles songs from the time.
