The Psammead is a percussionist and multi-instrumentalist and producer of ambient/noise music. Over many decades the ever-so-ecclectic one has created dozens of unique sound experiments main on cassette tapes that hopefully one day can be somewhat oranised and digitized for wider consumption!

Aside from solo works The Psammead has recorded percussion and additional instrumentation on many Vampyrouss releases as well as standing in as drummer for the 2012 "A Girl Like You" music video.
